We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
• The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Custom-made or personalized pieces (including name-based designs or tailored sizes) are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.
How to request a return or exchange:
• Please contact us via direct message (DM) on Instagram or Facebook within the return window.
• Once your request is approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Important notes:
• The shipping cost for returns or exchanges is covered by the customer.
• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping, so we recommend using a tracked service.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or issue credit.
